Great column. It is SO important to keep moving. I've been lifting weights for about 35 years - I turned 70 last September. I have osteopenia. I definitely have to change up my gym routine now... lifting too heavy years ago has given me an arthritic shoulder. I tore a meniscus. But we modify our workouts and keep going! And we'll be better for it!
