Robyn, I am inspired that so many people my age are pursuing a healthy lifestyle, including you! I'm focusing on building muscle and nutrition (let's talk food in place of medications!). From where I am now I know I have a long road ahead of me, but your newsletter always inspires me!

Robyn, terrific post. I always think I'm the only woman who's ever heard of David Goggins, but no! He inspires and scares me at the same time. Ultramarathoner, Navy SEAL, et al, the guy won't quit. I like the steely mindset--that's what I want more than anything, the will to do all I dare to believe I can do.
