Hi Robyn, The trip to London sounds wonderful. I was there for a couple of days - two months would have been fabulous. You mentioned jetlag and age. I just returned from a 13-day roadtrip and it seemed as if it took much longer to recover. I wondered if "triplag" could be a similar occurrence.

It could be Janice. Or maybe it's a comedown from a having wonderful time. So sad that great times have to end but it's always fun to start planning the next trip.

Heading to London in September so appreciate the advise. But I find it doesn’t matter going east to west as much as familiar to new or the reverse. New places keep me ready to go no matter how little sleep and going home is always a harder adjustment.

You are probably right Cindy. Nothing would stop me from travelling. But it was interesting to explore the topic. I'll just have no expectations in future as to how long it takes to recover. Have a fabulous time in London.
